"Nate was early (which is awesome and something that rarely happens). He was professional and cleaned up after he was finished (also something we haven't seen very often when we've had people do work in our home). There was an issue with the first electrical box being very difficult to remove so it took more time than he planned, so he worked on the first light, left to take care of another customer, then came back to finish the second. He had to replace the existing electrical boxes with the reinforced boxes which we anticipated, so we purchased them along with the fans ahead of time. There was an additional fee of $50 per each fan for Nate to replace the electrical box with the reinforced ones which he let me know ahead of time. If it was a 1:1 swap, there would've been no additional charge."
