"I was very pleased with the quality of the materials and the work. The only problem I have is they did not add any extra ventilation over the lower roof (garage). I has specifically asked the project manager to ensure they added ample ventilation and she ensured me they would. At the end of the installation I noticed they didn't add any vents. When I raised the question why it was not added, they replied with "there is sufficient ventilation for that size of roof...this has the power vent installed". When I look around the houses in my neighborhood...they all had an extra vent to allow the heat to escape near the top of the roof."

I found that very honest of him, because saying that opened up the possibility that we'd forgo the repair and replace the whole roof instead. "Incredible looking new roof by JM Roofing last year. It was a large job, 52 squares done in a day a half. Done safely and efficiently and with high quality. Price was very good. They spent the time to do a proper clean up after the job!"

We had no drip edge on the house and poor roof ventilation. They sent a crew out who finished the entire job in one day! Just in time for the first snow fall of the season. I had neighbors who used cheaper services, but all they did was replace shingles and nothing else. I now have a warranty that should last until well after I meet my creator. This was a higher cost than other companies but you also get what you pay for. My roof size was about 26 square."
