"First of all, I can can do plumbing myself, but it usually involves more than a day or two and multiple trips to one of the big box stores. Since the tub hardware was old and corroded, I didn't want to take a chance of making things worse, so I decided to call in a professional; that the toilet started leaking was a (happy) coincidence for me, so he or she could do that at the same time. I contacted TruPlumbing and Tom was dispatched for the job... he contacted me to set up a time and date for the service call and also gave me a quote and the option to buy my own parts for the job, telling me what was needed, Tom arrived on time and had both jobs completed in a few hours; he was very professional, covered his shoes so as not to track dirt into the house, and explained what all he had done. "Ray Waters did a fantastic job.  This is a part of a very long ongoing total renovation, so time / schedule was not a major concern of mine, but some nights Ray would be working til 10 or 11PM to get things done - he is amazingly dedicated and hardworking.  He is friendly, and offered lots of advice and information as I did much of the replacement wiring myself, which he respected but also felt obligated to warn me about certain safety concerns and provided tips on how to do things easier once the walls are up and I am installing receptacles, switches, and fixtures.  I learned things from Ray, and that was just a free bonus that I was thankful for.  Ray's work is quick but he did an amazing, high quality job that passed inspection.  The new lines he ran were positioned with care to utilize existing holes from old knob and tube runs where possible.  He stapled wire cleanly and securely.  He listened to my concerns and instructions / input.  Ray was very responsive via phone and text messaging.  I highly recommend A Plus Quality Electric."

"Home Crafters completed a big project at my house in March 2012. We had a 10 foot section of a load bearing wall removed between the living room and dining room. The price quoted was very fair and competitive with the other bids I had received ($2800 for everything). They also agreed to center the opening along the wall, rather than starting at the one wall and opening up a 10 foot section that would be skewed toward one side (something that other contractors said was the only possible solution). Once the team had started, they realized that the return vents were not in the usual place, and they would need to expand the construction project to re-run the vent work. This was an additional cost to us, but Home Crafters agreed to complete that project at cost.  
I could not be happier with their work. The team was very professional and accommodating, the wall looks perfect, and I don?t have anything negative to say about Jim or his team. Even though we ran into delays, everything was completed very professionally and with great attention to detail. They even moved two outlets from the now open section of the wall to the remaining segments. I would highly recommend this group for any home construction projects. We plan to remodel our master bathroom in another year or two, and Home Crafters will definitely be our first call."

"This was the second time we hired Willis. He did such a nice job on our kitchen three years ago, so we did not hesitate to hire him again. The job is done and we are very pleased with the results. We started with just a shower. We wanted to make it bigger and use the extra space we had. But we ended up remodeling the entire bathroom: bathtub, new sinks, painting. Willis was very patient with us and as always offered very nice ideas. It felt like he knew better than we did what we wanted our bathroom to look like. What was really nice is that he and his crew always cleaned up after they finish their work. This was very important to us as we have kids and they are all over the place. First trip, their rep sent a camera down my line, and found a serious blockage that the previous day's snaking (performed by a different company) had missed. Once the blockage had been cleared, he came back, confirmed all was well ... and then recommended AGAINST anything that would require me to pay him money. After two FREE visits that proved instrumental in diagnosing and correcting a serious blockage in my sewer, he actually recommended that I take no further action and just hydro-jet it every other year. Remarkable service, honesty, and professionalism. These guys are now #1 on my list of people to turn to if I even need help with my sewer."
