"It was just kind of an average experience. I have used them before because I have a tree in my backyard that is the suspect to a disease, fire blight. They came out and treated it and of course I cannot get rid of fire blight so I just called them back. And I discovered them on Angie's List so at least I got the discount for that. I have not used anybody else that I can use for comparison but they did the job but I still cannot get rid of the fire blights. What they did was about a three-hour job. They were supposed to come in the morning but they did not show up until like 2:00 in the afternoon."

"Due, apparently, to the drought, my home was recently swarmed with ants. My control efforts were mocked by increasing legions of the little b...er, critters. Based upon all my previous bad experiences with pest control companies, I sought a local company with a good rating on Angie's List. And I found one. Two months ago, I signed a year contract with highly rated Jones Bros PC for a treatment every two months. Today, John (this time accompanied by Steve) paid a fourth visit. My large yard is apparently Valhalla for ants. John treats both outside and inside. Their price is fixed and work is guaranteed so there is no charge for these additional visits. Considering that we started with such large populations, we seem to be approaching a reasonably manageable number. My wife and I are so happy to have Jones Bros on our side during this competition."

"Troy did an excellent job removing the existing lawn, grading the soil to move water away from the house foundation and installing a new drip irrigation system. He also adjust the existing roof drain pipes to discharge water away from the foundation. Colored bark was installed as well as large river cobble to keep bark off the sidewalk. Low irrigation / maintenance plants were installed throughout the yard. All of the work was completed in less than one week and he followed up a few weeks later to make sure the plants were thriving, replacing one shrub that died."

"<p>Of the arborists we got estimates from, it was clear that Jeff is an expert in his field. We had the neighbor's permission to thin, cut back, etc.. on his tree, but not only can that go wrong, but I learned that it can be done in a way that will encourage even -more- growth on our side in both the branches and the roots. That was the cheaper way we had been quoted, but we're convinced this is the -right- way. Jeff took the chance of not getting the bid by having a higher price than the other guys, because he knew in the long run this would serve us better. It won't sacrifice their tree, and will save our property from the ever-encroaching tree. Job well done! </p> <p>The guys arrived on time, were very professional, and took great care to protect our home and property and clean up completely afterward! And man, do they have the tools to get the job done!</p> <p>Last, there were a couple of small things we noticed after they were gone. They took a long lunch break, too. <br /> they came back twice to check the mice traps to find no mouse. So they could eradicate mice or rats from my attic. <br /> That's very good. <br /> However, I found mice droppings in my car and I had to take my car to a service station last fall. They found a prrof of mice making a nest under the hood.  <br />   <br /> Since I live on the golf course, it's impossible to control pest. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I have lived in this house for many years and had ant problem every year, however, after using them I have absolutely no ant or spider problem at all. They have a very good eye for any problem and if they notice something they spray for it without any additional charges. They will comeback if you have any problem. I pay 86 dollars every two months."
