"The evaluator/estimator (Jeff Hoffman) came out the day after I called, explained what needed to be done, give me the estimate before he left and we scheduled the work for the following Monday.  On Sunday, the foreman (Paul Hoffman) came to the house and looked over the work area and discussed the work with me, later that day the eqpt was delivered.  The workers arrived first thing Monday morning and went to work.  The work was completed that day, Paul Hoffman explained all that they'd done and suggested an excavating company to work on the area and create a more natural drainage route for the rainwater, to keep it from settling right next to the foundation. <br />"

"They were lower than the others I got a quote a from. For what I paid for, I think the work was great. I did have to have them come back out and adjust it but it was a minor thing and they didn't charge me and the service was just fine. They did a quick work. It was effective. It was cheap. They listened to what I wanted in replacing the pipes and the orientations that I wanted. When the guy came back out, he even fixed an additional pipe that was kind of leaking next to the other one with no charge."

You may have to wait for him to return a call, give you an estimate, or do the work. After hiring him, I think that the primary reason for any delay in getting back to you is simply that he is in high demand because he is good at what he does. Nevertheless, once you meet up with him and you agree on the job, he makes every effort to set a date in advance when he will come. He calls the day before to tell you if he has to change dates or what time he will be there. Once he is there, I found him to be pretty punctual. Regardless, his expertise is worth the wait. I thought his prices were more than fair too. <br /> <br />"
