I asked them about rugs with damaged fringe, and decided it wasn't something I was ready to deal with yet. Rugs were cleaned well and replaced on floors, including pad under two of them. They charged $119 for their "Special Promo! 3 Rooms for $99" with no explanation. And ask the technician to use the corner protectors *before* they drag the hoses against the corners of your home. The Bio Topical (an $80/rm up-charge) was not worth the extra expense."
