"Great. Atomic Plumbing's Jim Miller showed up during the scheduled maintenance window. We talked about the problem of the clogged pipe, and then he looked at a few things. Then he explained to me what was going, and why. My drainage pipe from the washing machine was smaller than it should have been. I could replace it, and other pipes under the house, or get it snaked out and cleaned out for now. I choose just the snake procedure. He was very thorough and meticulous as he drained the water from my deep sink and then undid the drain plug on the pipe, and proceeded to snake the pipe. Once done, he tested the drainage of the pipe with a full washing machine of water. It passed the test! I was very happy everything went as he said it would. Jim is also a funny guy, as he was working and we talked, he had some stories he told me, that I thought were quite hilarious. Bottom line, I am extremely happy with the job he performed at the price stated. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim, and Atomic plumbing if some one asked me about knowing a good plumber. I know if I have another plumbing problem, I will be calling Atomic Plumbers again. Thanks Jim!"

"Roto-Rooter was the only plumbing company I have ever had to call. The technician responded that same day. He was very professional, and got right to work, explaining what he was doing as he went. It made quite a mess when he used the auger to clear the blockage, much more than a "normal" clog would, because the line was plugged with instant mashed potatoes (Now I know not to do that again). In the end he had to come back with a special tool to clean out the drain, but it worked and the sink is as good as new now. The "B" for quality was because it made a horrible mess when he used the drain auger on the line. He cleaned most of it up, but left more than I should have expected for me to clean after he had gone. Also, the price was at the high end of what the price guide said to expect, even after he gave me a discount for having to leave and come back the next day."

"Main lead tech, Ron, did well hooking coil to outside compressor. The asst tech went under house to install new cooling coil to ductwork. He bent ductwork, taped it with insulation tape that connects coil to duct work. He failed to tell main tech what he did, but also main tech failed to check asst tech's work under house. The unit was working when they left. But they only ran it lil bit. Because it was a cool week we did not need to run a/c.. When temp rose, we turned on a/c. Worked for about 2 hours, when air pressure eventually blew insulation tape apart which allowed all the air to go under house. In turn, it froze up cooling coil & compressor. After calling, texting, etc for 3+ days, with no answer or response, we had to call another company to come because we had no a/c. The new company told us what had happened & gave us estimate. We said go ahead because we had no a/c. He went under house, removed bent ductwork with tape still on, & brought to us to see. He replaced the ductwork, & attached ductwork to cooling coil. He ran a system check with professional tools which is how he determined the previous tech added too much freon. So the additional cost for 2nd a/c company was $350. In addition to the already $800 we already paid Bellcow."
