"Exceptional service from Patti and her crew. They put in an unbelievable effort on a top to bottom total house cleaning job, including windows, ceiling fans, appliances and even basement cobwebs. Tremendous job on kitchens (2) and bathrooms (2) of a 2500 square foot two family house. Attention to detail, communication, scheduling and performance are "top tier". I highly recommend Harsen Island for your cleaning needs."

"We plan on using Eric to clean our gutters routinely and to clean our windows."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"We demoed our bathroom and docs recycling management came in and cleaned it all up and hauled it away for us. They were very respectful and I would recommend them to anyone else that needs junk and debris hauled."

"I called to have my chimney cleaned. They called me back the following day and set an appointment for the following day. They set my appointment for 9 am. They arrived right on time. They were very professional and very good. I was unaware of several problems and they fixed them along with the cleaning of the chimney. They took pictures before and during the process. Letting me know exactly what they were doing and what they were going to do. They never made any mess and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them. They are not from this area but I am sure glad they traveled to get the job done."
