"The furniture was moved in great room.  Nothing was moved in bedroom but was still charged for a whole room.  Only one guy came so the furniture couldn't be moved.  Had to call the next day as a stain was still showing.  Two guys came out with hand equiptment and worked on the stain.  A week later the stain was there again.  I just left it.  Would have worked a lot better if they sent two guys all the time to work on the carpet.  I usually clean the carpet myself now due to cost for them to clean it.  Takes a bit longer but it works. <br />"

"Marvin came out to fix our air conditioner, we needed a new capacitor. This was actually the second time Marvin came to our home, the first time being for an A/C tune up. Marvin is wonderful, very polite and nice. He never tried to up-sell us, either. We had actually tried to replace the capacitor ourselves (big mistake). He showed us what we'd done wrong and then corrected our (stupid) mistake. Now, the A/C works better than ever. We'll definitely be using Vincent's Heating and Plumbing for all our HVAC needs and requesting Marvin specifically."

"We had a problem with bathtub drain draining slowly, and toilet not flushing properly. Zeller came out on the day we requested (which was 2 days after our call-our request), snaked the toilet, checked the tub, etc. Final result was the toilet needed to be replaced, which was done 2 days later. All was done in a timely manner. Mr. Zeller showed up at the time scheduled for the first visit, and called early in the day on the second visit to say the morning job he had would take longer than estimated so he would be at the house at 3.30, which he was. This is a rental house for us; we live 2 hrs away from it. We trusted Mr. Zeller to perform the installation when promised, which he did, and he trusted us to mail him a check when work was completed -so it wasn't necessary for us to make a second 250 mile round trip visit, and we were able to have the check delivered to him on the Monday after the Friday work. Very definitely would have Zeller plumbing do future work for us. Recommend him without reservation."

Well, I got on the internet and hunted down my part- $180! So I thank him for pointing out the problem. It was a $100 education. I got a discount on the part. I ended up paying $136. I YouTubed how to install it, so I saved a little over $100 dollars. It takes under 15 minutes to install."
