"She charged us $500 for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom deep cleaning in an empty house, but didn't clean the downstairs bedroom and bathroom because she "couldn't find the stairs" (they are not hidden she just didn't look). She apparently didn't question why I paid for 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms when I only had 2 of each. She also missed a bunch of things in the areas she did clean. I asked for a partial refund since she didn't do the work we had agreed up on, but she refused. She missed the entire basement (where the third bed and bathroom are located), but these pictures are all from upstairs."

"Mr. Barrett was sensational. My home is 35 years old, and the faucet handle was so badly corroded that it was difficult even to turn off the water. In spite of the corrosion and difficulty in removing the old fixture and installing the new one, Mr. Barrett never lost his patience and continued to work on the fixture at a time when most plumbers probably would have given up and tried to sell me lots of expensive new piping.
