"Cleaned and inspected chimney . They are coming back for repairs. They are professional and have good communication. The only reason I'm giving them 4 and 1/2 stars is because I haven't seen the repair work yet. So far they are a good company to work with."

"I was impressed from the first phone call when a real person answered my call. Brian was here when my insurance agent inspected the roof. I had two other estimates and I believe they would have done a good job also but Brian went out of his way to help me. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me with color selection this was a great help. The work was done on time, professionally, everything was cleaned up as promised. Later when I had a question Brian arrived at the house to answer my question and assured me to call if anything came up. I would recommend Acord Roofing and will use them if and when I need help with roofing. <hr /> <br />"

"I'd give the an "A" overall and across the board. I would also use them again. I was given a personal referral, that's why I used them. I had gotten a quote from another company I wasn't very impressed. The work was done quickly and affordably. There were 2 guys and it took about a day and a half."

"It was good. The guy that came out was really good. The estimating process was really good but I'm not a fan of their service because when you have a handy person, you expect when you hire them for a job you want them to tell you everything needs to be done. Replacing the back stairs from the backdoor to the patio and he gave me an estimate but when he came, cut everything and did everything I just asked him a question about weather proofing or something and he said " Oh no! This isn't weather proof." "You're going to have to stain it." So why did he gave me a bid. He did the stairs but I have to stain them myself so I'm like a little annoyed. I think the guy was really nice, his effort was good because the problem that I have with the lock I think I kind of irritated him because of the stairs. He did do the work and it was okay; it wasn't perfect. I'm difficult to please so I think it would have been better. "

"Earlier this summer our a/c went out. The a/c unit was installed by Buckner 15+ years ago and we never had any issues. The tech that showed up less than 6 hrs after calling, completely covered in sweat because it was miserably hot turned out to be Roger Buckner, the owner. So that impressed me the owner of the place continues to get his hands dirty. He was very nice (even though he had to be miserable from the heat) and very professional. A few months after, our a/c started to freeze up and quit blowing cool air ... not because of anything Roger had done. It was a Friday night and I contacted them via their website around 8 or 8:30PM, not expecting to hear anything until the next morning at the very least. The next morning I noticed they emailed me back just after 9PM Friday night stating they do have a weekend tech or I can wait until Monday. Weekend techs are a little bit more expensive, but we had to get it fixed because it was going to be hot and muggy. The tech came out Saturday and said our a/c was basically out of refrigerant and explained a system that old probably produced a leak in the evaporator coil. He went into detail about how that usually happens because of the age and my coil probably being copper (which it is) and just the corrosion that typically happens to them. He also discussed about being able to charge the system that day but Buckner could not guarantee it and the cost of R-22 which my system uses is getting more and more expensive because it's getting phased out. He suggested putting that money towards a new system if it were him. He took my info and said he would pass it along to Steve, their sales person, and Steve would have it first thing the following Monday. I did some investigative homework myself and even wondered about just replacing the coil rather than a whole new system. Because of the age of my furnace, which came with the house almost 19 years ago and the age of the a/c unit and the rising cost of R-22, a new system was really the smartest answer in the long run. That next Monday, Steve called me at 8:15AM and we met with him later that afternoon. Very nice guy. He helped us narrow down the options and we soon had a plan in place for a whole new system. 2 days later Joe and John showed up early that morning and worked all day to get the new system in place. Again, it was hot, but they worked non-stop. Very courteous and professional and even stopped a couple times, when my wife and I showed up, to explain about what they were doing and how things were going. One of the agreements with Steve was the addition of a new vent being installed my wife wanted, if it was physically possible. I wan't sure how they were going to do it because of the space limitations and other restrictions posed because of the way things were in the house. But they quickly figured it out and installed a new duct and vent, all of which ended up looking very professional and clean. When Joe and John got finished, they cleaned everything up, gave us a rundown on how everything worked, answered any questions we had and left without a trace of them even being there ... except for a brand new HVAC system. The new furnace installation looks very clean and professional as well as the new a/c unit. So Roger, from the few experiences I had this summer with you and part of your staff, I was very pleased with the service you all provided. Steve, Joe and John were top notch folks you can be proud to have as part of your team! And, I'm sorry, I forgot the name of the tech who came out Saturday .... Gary? But please include him in that list also! Thanks for all your work!"

"Daniel and John were very professional and did a great job. They arrived on time and did a very good job of removing the old double doors, framed in part of the opening so the new single front door would be installed in the center. It looks very good and I am very pleased with the work done."
