"We had the carpet areas of our main floor and upstairs hallway replaced with new, unfinished wood, laced into the existing hardwood, and all of it refinished. I cannot recommend Gentrys Hardwood enough. From our very first interaction, the integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail were apparent on Heath. He and his team (I love that it is a locally-owned, family business) communicated every step of the process and explained all of our options. He was very patient while we waffled over stain color and whether to go with an oil- or water-based sealer. It was clear that he did not just want us to like our floors, but to love them. Rest assured, no corner will be cut with Heath around! We had no qualms with Heath and his team in our home when we were not present and enjoyed getting to know them during our project. I would use them again in a heartbeat."
