"The AQM product did a great job of killing off the remaining Mold that was next to impossible to get to. It was in carpet, and under some cabinets. There is no longer any issues, and all the people in the Apartment are healthy again. Have also used a number of OdorXit Products in our aging parents house. We had to remove paneling and ceiling tile and spray the frame structure with the Mold killing product. Parents report that they are feeling better, and no longer notice the old / moldy smells. Have been very pleased with the product performance and the advice provided by OdorXit. I highly recommend these products."

"I wasn't to happy with them. One room they cleaned, there was a few muddy places that dried and they didn't do good. I didn't see it or I would have called back. I feel like I didn't give them a chance to follow up and make it better so I don't want to give them a bad grade. However, they did a good job in the the other room.  <br /> <br /> My only complaint is one room wasn't as clean as it should have been."

"An extremely difficult job done very well. Our team was thorough and professional, couldn't ask for anything more. Carlos was the lead guy and he did a superb job. Kent was the operations supervisor and visited often and he was the guy who got up and cleaned the registers and vents that were 28 feet high. Gave a B grade on price - how would I know what's competitive? Quote seemed high at first but more than fair when the job was done. Called some others highly rated by Angie's list and they didn't even bother to come out and look at the job - gave a quote over the phone. I even cautioned them about it, and they said if it was a house that was their bid. Knowing the extent of the job I dismissed them and their company. If they came out for their quote they would have either left immediately or done a half assed job."

"We had our kitchen flooded after a botched dishwasher installation. The wet floor included all the kitchen, the dining area and into the carpeted living area (about 500 square feet). We turned the water off and started to clean up. However, we noted the baseboards were wet and moisture had leaked under the walls and was running down the outside of the foundation. I knew we would have major moisture damage unless this was addressed quickly. I called Servpro of Guadalupe and Gonzales Counties (The house was in Schertz, TX) They were there in LESS THAN AN HOUR! The emergency service call by Mr. Cole Salyer was very extensive. He has very polite and professional. WITHIN AN HOUR the emergency setup team was there. All the baseboards were removed, holes drilled in the drywall behind the baseboards and the drying equipment was started. He said it might take 3 days, but it only took 2 days. The baseboards were easily reinstalled by our handyman. It looks great and you can not tell there was any water leak. Since there would be a third party paying for the repair Servepro graciously allowed the payment to be put on hold. It took over 7 weeks for the third party payer to pay us. Whitney at the main office stayed in touch with me discussing the process of approving the payment. She is very pleasant and professional. Sometimes it is hard to remain pleasant when discussing payment issues with a client. I hope I will never be placed in a situation like this again, but if I am Servpro will be called.. <br />"
