Before the technician arrived I received a text message and a phone call with the name of who I should be expecting. They arrived on time and placed their shoe covers on before entering my home. Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal.
