When we called to set up drop off, which was less than 24 hours prior, he was there as requested and when we texted to request pick up, again within 24 hours, he was there as he said he would. He was very responsive to all phone calls/texts for questions/requests we had. The company is also very reasonably priced. As of yet, Mobiledumps Wilmington has been the only company to respond to our inquiry. However, given their customer service, we feel we had service from the best, so we are not upset about that fact."
