"Working with Sam and his team was a delight. I had gone through seven or eight other roofing companies. They wouldn't answer the phone or return messages, they would miss appointments for quotes with no warning. A couple didn't even bother climbing up on the roof to evaluate the problem. Working with Sam and his team was a dream by comparison. His communication was rapid and thorough. People showed up when they said they would. He was very responsive to questions via phone or email. The original estimate missed a few things, but before we signed the contract, Sam did another thorough walkthrough and provided the pros and cons of each possible solution. We had to wait a while for the weather to cooperate, but Sam continued to communicate on potential schedule. When the team was able to arrive, they were like machines. They stripped the shingles, most of the plywood, replaced the rafter tails, added new plywood, added /replaced vents, and re-shingled the roof in a day and a half. The quality of the work is superb, and looks fantastic to boot. I couldn't have been happier with the work. They even did a great job of cleaning up and carting away the debris, going so far as to taking a magnet to the lawn to clean up any dropped nails. "Rick spent a lot of time answering our questions and made some great suggestions. We had some dead valleys and some low slope areas and we upgraded to copper looking roofing in those areas. They were careful protecting our plants and landscaping and clean-up. They used a dump trailer rather than a dumpster. Our house was built underventlated and damaged some underlayment. He replaced numerous sheets of plywood (no chip-board!) added needed ventilation and did a great job installing on our roof- some of it was a 12:12 pitch- and it was hotter than blazes. His crew was pleasant and well mannered and worked there tails off. Great job! Mark"

"We hired them to replace the roof our house. They did a good job on the shingles but failed to reinstall half the skylights properly after removing them. I get that mistakes happen and that wouldn?t have caused me to review them lower, however they ghosted us after and will not fix their work. We have been trying to get them out to fix their mistake for over a month with nothing. It?s mid winter now and the skylights are all leaking cold air into the house. There are a ton of roofers out there, and for the money replacement costs, I would look for someone else who will warranty their work and not ignore you once they have their money."

"I could not recommend this company enough. First, they were extremely responsive when I called them. The owners son came out so he could give me an estimate and answer my questions. He noticed that we had a shingle coming loose and said he would repair it. I called a few days later when I got the estimate (more on that in a moment). I happened to mention the shingle and asked to hire them to at least repair that in the meantime, only to find out that he had already been to our house on a Saturday and fixed it! He also inspected the rest of the roof just to make sure there werenâ t any other repairs that needed to be made. Mind you, not only did he not charge us for this service, but this was before we had even agreed to hire them for the full installation. Their bid was unbelievably reasonable and affordable. They showed up at 8 in the morning with at least 7 workers and finished the entire roof in one day (for reference we have a 3500 square foot house with a fairly large roof). The roof is perfect. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, not only have three other houses in my neighborhood used them, but I have told everyone I can to use them for any roof/gutter needs."
