"We built a new deck on our 1970 house in Shoreline. Cameron and his crew (Dale and Ryan in particular) are awesome to work with. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."

Far more comprehensive details of the issues that needed to be addressed than any of the other bids I received, His bid was not the least expensive, but we felt because of the detail and scope of the work his crew would complete ALL is work instead of coming down and telling us that for more $$ they could fix the items as they found them. "Santiago and his team did an excellent job repainting one wall of our hardee plank outdoor siding. The wall had some damage from wood hardener and was very faded. It sparkles now with not trace of stain! Santiago arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and left the site spotless. We greatly appreciated Santiago's prompt response. We are selling our home and wanted the new buyers to love the home as much as we did. This project has brightened up a dull exterior and made the home so much more inviting. I would highly recommend Santiago for any job. (Also, his prices are reasonable.)"
