Once he had a tub, he contacted me then they worked so hard, had almost done in one day. The second day was just finishing and took less than one hour. They cleaned everything. We worked with him to develop our scope and to answer all questions before signing the contract. He was very helpful in the planning stage and made suggestions for efficiencies, (such as resurfacing the bathtub instead of replacing it). His team showed up as scheduled and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The pricing was reasonable (not the cheapest but not the most expensive - just realistic and fair), and the quality of the work was excellent. It was beyond my budget and Vic was very amenable to reducing the scope of work to a point that the re-do was affordable. I was also able to do some work to reduce the costs (painting and installing light fixtures). They gave great recommendations for the finishes and styles and worked with my work schedule to make this project happen. I appreciated their flexibility and they were on schedule and on time when they promised. I'm very happy with the results!!"
