"Bradley knows what heâ  s doing. I originally hired Seatown Electric to come out and install an in-house backup generator. Bradley came out to install the generator and found that we had some pretty dangerous wiring at the panel and it was not nearly up to code. I was in the HVAC industry 30 years ago and the mechanical theory in which Bradley explained made complete sense. Bradley finished up the generator install and he gave me a bid to fix the issue. The same day, we called Seatown and we made an appointment for him to come back and do the work. Bradley and Austin showed up at 7:50am, 10 minutes before the job started. They met with me and got started. I always like to look at service techs trucks to see what kind of person is working on my home. Bradleyâ  s truck was immaculate. Extremely organized, very clean and it looked like a service truck that was on the DeWalt showroom floor. The instant I saw Bradleyâ  s truck, I knew his work was going to be perfect. The professionalism from both Bradley and Austin was outstanding. They worked extremely hard for almost 11 hours that day. They didnâ  t mess around, they had their mind set on the job and I was extremely impressed at their work ethic. We have been through 4 major renovations between our two homes and have used a myriad of different contractors, but never have we had a team close to as good as these guys. I would put every apprentice with Bradley, he knows what he is doing. Seatown is lucky to have this guy, they better take care of him. Great job guys!"

"After an immediate response to my HA request, I was scheduled for an estimate. The owner came out to assess to scope of work and build the estimate, which I had the next day. Jeff was also very negotiable regarding changes on the original estimate. We hired them for the lengthy project. John and his team were here right on time and left on time everyday and they cleaned up after each days work. Our project involved a 350' foot trench, installation of a street light, powering our driveway gate and adding power to both fountains (the kept the damaged to the yard minimal), AND adding 2 additional lights our our garage....thats just the outside work. Inside they added new or changed existing lights, including adding 2 pendant lights to our stairwell and 6 can lights to our front room. Everything went much smoother than I thought it would. These guys know their stuff. We were stressed for a long time about how we would run power under the concrete driveway and sidewalk and these guys did it in under an hour! They were always polite and friendly, practiced covid19 guidelines and kept us aware of everything they were doing. They were easy to communicate with and managed change orders in a breeze. I trust them with any electrical work I need. I recommend hiring these guys because their pricing is very fair and the staff is superior to other contractors I've worked with. John has returned to our home twice since work was finished, to repair issues that occurred after they left,that didn't have to do with areas they had done work in. Thats what I call EXTREME customer service at the highest level....100%! You won't regret your decision. I would have given 10 stars if I could!"

"Nathan installed several outlets in our garage , a new security light behind the garage, and corrected the wiring to our court lights. He did a great job with all the work, routing the wiring very neatly, installed the outlets where I wanted them and advised me on the best way to get what I needed. He was very open to all my questions as well as my grandson’s questions about why Nathan did things a certain way. Nathan was very patient and made sure we both understood the reasons and methods for his work. Excellent work ethic. "My request for an HVAC system through Homeadvisor was very clear. The home does not have an existing furnace or ductwork. When the salesperson called, I explained that the home needed a furnace and ductwork. The agent said no problem we can handle that. Unfortunately, the sales agent that came today informed us that the company does not do new ductwork installation. They only perform repairs or replace furnaces. He did offer a mini-split solution, which isn't viable for our home due to power outages. Very frustrating and a total waste of my time and David Shelton the Comfort Consultant that came to our home."
