"Rick spent a lot of time answering our questions and made some great suggestions. We had some dead valleys and some low slope areas and we upgraded to copper looking roofing in those areas. They were careful protecting our plants and landscaping and clean-up. They used a dump trailer rather than a dumpster. Our house was built underventlated and damaged some underlayment. He replaced numerous sheets of plywood (no chip-board!) added needed ventilation and did a great job installing on our roof- some of it was a 12:12 pitch- and it was hotter than blazes. Every day when they were done with work, they made sure to run a magnet through the driveway so we wouldn’t get a flat tire on our cars. The team worked very hard and was able to wrap up our whole roof project within a week even during crummy weather.
