"I recently hired North Georgia Roots to install a dry creek bed along the side of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The transformation was incredible – they turned a bare, uneven pathway into a clean, natural-looking rock drainage area that looks amazing and functions perfectly. What impressed me most was how quickly and professionally they completed the project – all in just one day! They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job, leaving everything looking neat and polished. I’ll definitely be calling them again soon for a pine straw and mulch refresh. "Exceptional service from MiraMar Irrigation – ask for Robert! I reached out to MiraMar Irrigation for help with a suspected leak in my backyard. Robert arrived promptly on the same day as my request, identified the issue as a manifold problem, and handled the repair quickly and efficiently. He also inspected my full irrigation system, replaced a cracked sprinkler head, and made sure all zones were functioning correctly. He was professional, thorough, and explained everything in plain language. The work came with a 1-year warranty on labor and parts, provided I use their winterization service — which I absolutely plan to do. I highly recommend MiraMar for quality work and trustworthy service."

"I hired this company for an irrigation line repair that had clearly been damaged by oak tree root growth?something I communicated upfront. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. Despite being told the issue and location, Angel arrived without essential tools or parts. He had no equipment to locate underground pipes or solenoid valves and didn't bring the correct coupling sizes needed to fix the breaks in the line. After two unproductive visits, a third was scheduled?but by then it was clear he was either in over his head or trying to draw the job out at my expense. I canceled the final appointment and completed the repair myself. Total disappointment. I expected a professional who came prepared; what I got felt more like guesswork. I don?t recommend this service if you need timely, competent irrigation work. "

I don’t know why her brain has not fully formed, but no adult should be at their place of employment speaking to other people as if we know each other socially. Not only that the technician didn’t solve the problem and actually used and repurposed a part that happened to be on his truck to fix a persistent issue. I’ve been having with one of my sprinklers. I would absolutely not recommend this company at all it would be one thing to have poor customer service, but we really good at delivering on your core competencies but when you can’t even do that correctly and have poor customer service, then what is your purpose?"
