His team was on time each day and cleaned up at the end of each day. They always listened to my concerns and always explained any changes or issues that came up to make sure I knew what was going on. Fred was often working on the job site along with his team. Very refreshing these days. Fred and his team finished my remodel close to our expected end date. I was so happy with the work of the first 3 units, I asked FSP to do another unit when a tenant moved out. That job was completed even faster as all the kinks were worked out from the first 3.
