"I called Wilson's on Thursday afternoon and talked to Robert. He sent out one of his guys, JR, that same afternoon. He took a look at it and said that he would need to blow out the well, and he scheduled an appt. on Saturday. However, after he left, the water stopped coming in altogether. I called him back and he said he could come back tomorrow. So, he blew out the well with a compressor and replaced my well pump. The water took three days to clear and JR came every day to check on it. Even on a Sunday. The water finally cleared and we put everything back to normal. JR was great the whole time. He saved me from having to dig a new well right away, which would have cost thousands of dollars. He kept me informed on everything that he was doing and what was going on. "This is a family-owned business and it was the son-in-law Brian who came to do the job. He was the nicest person and very professional. He got here when we said he would. He knew just what the problem was and pointed out other things that we needed to know. The motor had burnt out in the pump. There were also items that should not have been flushed that was weighing the floater down in the septic hole. He replaced the pump, poured bleach in the hole (flies and larvae had somehow gotten in), sealed it way better than it had been, all within the estimated time of completion. The cost of the job was very reasonable and we would highly recommend them to anyone. They let you know before performing any work exactly what needs to be done and the cost."

"I am very satisfied with the project. Mr. McCall is a Master Plumber licensed to work on sewer lines as well as indoor plumbing. It was a large project requiring a back hoe to dig about a 4-ft. trench in the front yard from house to street and protected sapling tree and grass by placing the dirt on plywood sheets. They replaced the cast iron line and put in the PVC pipe with shut-offs."

(I assume this was used by the builder of the house to save money.) He replaced it with a new model, which not only works, but is very attractive in appearance. The old water filter holder was difficult to use and not secured well; they replaced it, relocated it to free up basement space and fastened it securely to the wall. The pressure tank was also moved to a better location to free up space. The plumbing and electrical were re-routed. The pressure switch and pressure gauge were replaced. They were very cooperative and accommodating to my suggestions and wishes. The cost was reasonable."
