"The first day went well. The crew had torn down the fence and set the poles for the new fence in less than four hours. The actual installation (on the second day) took roughly 45 minutes to complete. The prices were slightly cheaper than other local competitors. I took a letter off for responsiveness as the date of the job was not communicated until I called them for an update. Additionally, I did not receive a call from the crew letting me know they were on their way. I took a letter off on professionalism because, while the crew did clean up after the job and hauled the old fence away, they left garbage in the poles of the new fence, which cannot be removed without disassembling the fence. I would have provided a garbage bag or trash receptacle had they asked."
