"We hired Borders to replace our homes’ electrical panel. I had also spoken to other companies as part of our planning and Borders was the most professional & had the best communication by far… that’s one of the most important things to me & it should be to you. Once we started the process, Andy kept me apprised of every step, including the process with the City permitting and PG&E. When we were cleared to go, all of the resources with the City as well as PG&E were coordinated and ready to go. On the day of install, Andy and his team were here early, prepared with all materials & supplies and hit the ground running. Andy was great about explaining the steps & components being included in the job. While here, Andy was also able to take a look at a couple of issues in our home. Shortly after, I hired Borders to install a number of GFI outlets. The job was scheduled quickly and completed professionally. I HIGHLY recommend Borders, have told neighbors & will use them again!"

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

"Service was great. I called four other electrical contractors to come out to give me an estimate and no one would bother. I called Inter Faith and they were here within the hour.
I had an issue with installation of a central vacuum since it was installed over 10 years ago, where the installer did not run a dedicated line for the furnace and the vacuum separately. The installer just put in a plug to be able to plug in the vacuum and furnace/ac blower at the same time. If I ran the two at the same time it would trip the breaker and neither would work.
Inter Faith ran a dedicated line to my vacuum, separate from the furnace. They did the job neatly and quickly. At first I though their quote was expensive, but after seeing what they had to do I am very happy with the price.
I would highly recommend them to do any work. They are now going to quote upgrading my solar system.

"We had a major remodel done of our entire first floor. We needed a new surround sound system and OLED TV with in wall and in ceiling speakers throughout the house. We also hardwired the house for internet access with multiple access points for whole house WIFI. We also had other smart devices installed. Shawn was a pleasure to work with. He did excellent work and communicated well. He does most of the work himself but utilizes experts when needed. He will stay at it until he gets it right. He has pride in his work. This was a prolonged job as he had to work around other construction workers and therefore be flexible with timing. He never disappointed. Even after being paid he is still available to answer questions and come out to solve any issues that come up. He does quality work and is an honest reliable person that over these several months has become a friend. Highly Recommended"

"I hired REM Electric off of HomeAdvisor. I would highly recommend this electrician. He does excellent work and came in under budget and on time. He had excellent suggestions on how to save money and how to get the results I wanted. He had no problem answering my questions or even letting me assist in some of the prep work for the job (which saved me more money). I would not hesitate to hire him again. He is not only very friendly, but exceptionally well informed about his trade. He was willing to work with me every step of the project and help me save money by his suggestions. I interviewed (and had bids from) over ten electricians to finally find one that I would work with and Mr. Robert Marland was that electrician. I had others that bid the project lower and others a lot higher but at time and material he was clearly well worth his rate. Wish I had found him sooner and that he was available for my other properties. This was an older (1964) one story residence that was in bad need of upgraded lighting and now the place is well lit and the remodeling is continuing. I replaced ten lights and added an additional 17 more along with two ceiling fans. Now, I can see even when working late into the night. Cannot say how much of a difference this makes. I would rate the quality of his work five out of five, in fact I would give them a six if I could. As far as his customer service once again five and five. As far as the value for the money spent an excellent value. I was able to go up in the attic and view his work and he takes exceptional pride in the quality and attention to detail even for work that is not normally seen by his customers. He is fast and efficient and well worth his hourly rate (I normally do not hire by bids but by hourly â job vs time and material)."
