He and his crew did an outstanding job laying foundation, concrete, flood vents etc.. We also called upon ProCrete for some additional work necessary on our home to complete our remodel. The company kept me updated as to what permits would be required and also dates available so that I could meet the insurance company deadlines. The owner arrived at my home this morning around 7:30 and did a great job digging up tree roots, and pouring the cement to even out the sidewalk path. The work was done meticulously, and due to the very cold weather expected, a cement cover was placed across to protect it from the upcoming low temperatures. "job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."
