When the appointment day neared, rain was predicted so I phoned to see if we could reschedule. Sandi understood and readily rescheduled. On the day of the appointment, she phoned on the way to let me know that she had been delayed briefly--she arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. She looked over the job, and listened to my concern about a previous cleaning by a different provider that was not satisfactory, reassuring me that the fact that she was certified meant that I would be happy with the results. She measured the rooms and gave me the price, which was very close to her telephone estimate. She and her helper went right to work and were finished in an hour; and I was indeed pleased with the job. Even high traffic areas like the stairs, the office, and the eating area were much improved."

"I bought several groupons for this company over a year-long span. The first service was wonderful--easy contact, good work. In fact, the work done in the house is always good. It's how this company is run that's the problem. Communication is impossible. The man who is either the owner/administrator/manager is rude and a bit of a bully. You can never get them to call you back; they get the times wrong; staff is always late (but they text/email you about that); and they mishandled my groupon coupons and tried to charge me. Terrible, terrible experience. Don't use them. <br /> <br />"

"Spoke with Ryan the owner. He was very courteous returned my phone call quickly. He gave me an excellent price estimate. Cleaner was professional and prompt. Equipment was self-contained in their truck mounted cleaner. Only needed access to a water spigot. Carpet repair was small and they used what he called a cookie cutter. If I didn't know where the repair was, you would not be able to spit where they did the work. Overall - I was very impressed with their excellent work. And I would recommended them whole-heartedly."

"I called the GFC to redeem a Living Social coupon.  The coupon was for 4 man hours of work, which I thought would be plenty for the space - especially since it was all wood floors and all the furniture had been moved out.  I was told over the phone that they recommended 12 hours of work... this seemed like a lot - really does it take a full day to clean a house?  We finally agreed on 8 hours and scheduled the appointment.  On the day of the appointment a crew of 3 showed up, and older female, her daughter and and a male.  I showed them the house, and each started on a different portion of the house - the upstairs, the downstairs and the kitchen.  I was in the middle of moving, and didn't supervise much - but in the times that I did return I noticed that there wasn't much movement and it became apparent that they were not going to finish in the 2:40 minutes that we had scheduled.  In fact, during that time the female in the kitchen never moved - put the entire time into it and spent the whole time on the telephone.  In the end I had to purchase another hour for them to finish up, and the house did not look as if 3 people spent 3 hours.  In the end it was "good enough" but definitely not a value even with the coupon. <br />"
