Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help. Replacement of the roof with Ideal and Mike on top everything looked like never happened. It was a pleasure to deal with them."

I originally called them to replace the chase cover on my chimney, and to do a cleaning and video inspection as well. "I recently hired Black Rock Exteriors due to an emergency on the back side of my house (a tree fell of and damadged my siding). They finished the job the next day we agreed. In order to start as soon as possible they changed their schedule, because it was an emergency. Highly appreciate them, they did a great job.
