"JD Construction and Remodeling was wonderful to work with throughout the entire project. Joe and his crew were professional and really cared about the quality of work they were doing on the job. Joe would even give you suggestions on how to keep the budget at a reasonable cost, instead of trying to increase the cost. I finally met a professional who actually worked with the customer and had the customer as his first priority. i loved his quality of work so much that I hired him to remodel my bathroom as our next project. i would highly recommend J D Construction and Remodeling for your next house project! Absolutely LOVED this COMPANY!!!"

"I love working with the owner & all employees.  They are friendly & go out of their way to help, no matter the problem.  My bathroom is small & needed more storage space.  Dan, the owner of Loebrich's, was very helpful in finding just the right surround & fixtures to solve my problem.  The job was completed in a timely manner with little or no disruption to my personal routine.  The workers always cleaned up before departing for the day & showed up on time the next day until the job was done.  I would call Loebrich's Contracting for any job around my house, no matter how small.  They are always willing to help or find help for me.  I would highly recommend them. <br />"

"WOW Couldn't have been better Wow what a terrific experience all the way through from 1Quoting(nice detail) 2 Pricing(best from 4 local painters) 3 Communication of plan (let me know when and what to expect), 4 Execution (timely , detail oriented, very professional , friendly, communicative , cleaned up every day, covered all furniture or fixed objects , careful detailed cut in trim work, respectful of my needs as homeowner and quick to touchup any areas of concern). 5 Final billing (no overages and concerned that I was pleased with final work) I could not ask for more from any painter I would hire them again in a minute. Keep up the good work you will take over the Local Market!"

"Without any hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone. Sorry to say but in this day and age you don’t encounter professionalism and quality of work that they delivered. They were communicative, punctional and real pros. Please think of them for any job you have."

FAQs for handyman service projects in Somerset, PA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
