"The landscaping of my home needed to be redone. I interviewed a number of Landscapers but after I spoke with Don of D&S Landscaping, Inc., I didn’t contact anyone else. Don told me which shrubs to keep and which to remove. He did a quick sketch of plants he would recommend that would do well in my yard. He showed me pictures of the plants and gave me a very fair written estimate of the cost. He asked for a reasonable deposit and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. He started when he said he would and finished on the same day. His crew is wonderful, polite and very hardworking. They worked from the time they arrived in the morning until early evening adding the unexpected bonus of mowing the back and front yard. Don checked to see that everything was done correctly and to see if I was satisfied. The front looks wonderful and I am more than just satisfied. I would recommend D&S to anyone looking for someone to do landscaping. You won’t be sorry it you do!"

"We recently used Monk’s for a guest bathroom gut and re-do. We decided to go with them, as our neighbors used them for a master bathroom and were quite happy. We called them and they were immediately responsive, making an appointment to come over for an initial walk-through. From there they provided an extremely thorough and detailed estimate. Based on that, along with our neighbor’s review, we decided to use them. Well, we could not have been happier. Their communication was excellent and clear. Everything was documented. The amount of information provided to us was incredible. There was nothing left to the imagination. It was all extremely comprehensive and transparent. Any questions we had were answered immediately and clarified. There was also no problem if we wanted to buy some of the materials/fixtures ourselves (which we did). Zero pressure to buy through them, although anything bought through them they would guarantee. They were extremely prompt, always arriving exactly when they said they would. They were courteous and kind. No question of ours was too trivial, too dumb, too naïve. Everything was treated with respect. Issues identified along the way were IMMEDIATELY corrected without question. This was truly a partnership, and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We were consulted throughout the project for anything they were unsure of or for anything needing further discussion. We left them alone in our house without reservation and felt at ease in doing so. They covered floors and cleaned up every night after themselves. The project manager, Chris, was our go-to guy throughout the project. He approached our questions and concerns calmly and ensured our issues were immediately resolved. He knows his stuff and shared his knowledge freely. He took an active approach and checked in frequently with us. Our crew was headed up by a gentleman named Ivan, who could not have been more respectful, helpful and willing. He and his team’s work was meticulous and any issues that arose (yes, issues will always come up in large projects, so don’t freak out!) were dealt with and corrected immediately with no questions asked. We felt all the way through the process that they had a vested interest in the success of our new bathroom! All in all we could not be happier with our beautiful new bathroom and we look forward to using Monk’s in the future."

"Although this review is way overdue, time has not diminished how completely happy I am we went with Star22 for our main bathroom renovation & our from scratch new bathroom in our basement and relocated our washer/dryer to an area we turned into a laundry room. Let me tell you, I am a very particular person! The details matter to me and I was so nervous taking on multiple projects. From beginning to end, Bernie/Tim put me at ease & delivered! Above and beyond! Amazing customer service - we were made to feel like we were the only client & the only project they had. The PM Jalmer was great - and my rockstars - the two Henrys did HIGH QUALITY work! Everyone was hardworking, attentive & any of my questions or concerns were addressed immediately. They obtained the permits & everything was done properly & up to code (passed all inspections!) THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Oh and they kept the promised timeline - no delays or issues. INCREDIBLE! "I hired Tony to replace my roof which included a new attic fan and new gutters. He also replaced a very large bay window for me. I cannot say enough good things about him. The price was fair, the workmanship excellent and all his staff professional and courteous. I asked Tony about another window and he suggested I might be able to find someone to repair it rather than paying to replace it. You can’t ask for a more honest businessman! Five stars all around. We got a new kitchen, new roof, new windows, and new siding. We reframed the front elevation to give the home a more modern look. And we did this during the pandemic.
