The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs."

"As someone who has dreaded going to the basement for 20 years, I am now incredibly thrilled with how dry and clean the space has become thanks to the excellent work by Gary, Benjamin, and Edgar at Basement Systems USA in Elkton, MD. These men were polite, respectful of everyone's time, left the place cleaner than they found it, and were thorough! Each step was carefully explained to me and confirmed throughout the process. There are no more ugly, mold-stained walls or beams; water runoff outside the house was diverted; and a new, size-appropriate sump pump and dehumidifier were successfully installed. "Premier Basement Waterproofing is amazing! My 100 year old basement was musty & damp. I would get inches of water after a rainstorm. Nelson installed a French drain & sump pump which immediately got rid of the water seeping in. He also put up a vapor barrier which has kept my basement dry & no longer musty. My basement is completely water free and it’s been at least 15 months. It’s an amazing difference! I wish the ceiling was higher as it would be a great living space.
