At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. "Working with Rob and the Hammer Exterior team was the best choice I made for my project. During the pandemic I changed my house project priority from indoors to outdoors. I evaluated four contractors who came to my home, evaluated the siding and gutter replacement, and gave their proposals. I chose Rob and team for multiple reasons. First, I felt Rob had my best interests at heart. Others told me all about them, with less focus on my needs and home. Second, Rob took the time to review the project expectations, being transparent that some costs would not be known until the current two layers of siding were removed â one the original layer from early 1900s. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."
