"Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."

"We had our roof replaced and James Hardie board siding installed by HOME GENIUS Exteriors, and the results are nothing short of amazing! The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The crew worked efficiently, paid attention to every detail, and kept the job site clean throughout. The new roof looks great and gives us peace of mind, while the James Hardie siding completely transformed the exterior of our home—durable, beautiful, and built to last. Outstanding craftsmanship and top-tier customer service. We highly recommend HOME GENIUS Exteriors for anyone looking to upgrade their home!"

"These guys were awesome. They showed up on time and worked very hard. Only to of them but finished my house in a week. They cleaned up every day and took the torn off siding with them. I would recommend to anyone planning on replacing their siding."

"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"The entire process from initial phone call to end result could not have gone any better. Dan and crew were professional, clean, and paid attention to detail as if it were their own home. I would hire again for any home project in the future and will recommend to friends and family."

"Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."

"Impeccable craftsmanship from Tom & Matt, who painted my 100-yr-old Craftsman and detached garage. You can't even tell where they replaced a piece of rotten siding with a section of new siding -- it's that seamless. The cut isn't visible until you're about 8 inches away and know exactly where to look. These guys changed the entire look of my house with their exacting standards and unique color design ideas."

"Very happy with the job that Best Nj construction did with my roof .thank you guys and Iâ  ll use you again for sure."

"We called for an estimate after seeing a deal here on Angie's List. George Andreadis came and gave me a price as well as a pretty detailed and comprehensive overview of the company, their process, my roof, and the cost. He was very cordial and informative...a real nice guy! I felt good about the process and the price when he left so we called to schedule the installation. The crew that arrived were amazing! They were courteous, efficient, and very thorough. Due to my yard and the condition of the roof there was quite a bit more labor involved than anticipated. They plowed right through and made all of the necessary repairs and corrections. Clean-up was treated with as much attention to detail as was the installation. There were no issues whatsoever at settlement time. The price that we agreed upon was the price I paid. During the estimate, George gave me the price for extra plywood that might have been needed and that was the price upon completion. No messing around! We are so pleased with the work performed, George and his crew, and the care we received that we are having them do our gutters as well within the next couple of weeks. I highly recommend Premier Home Renovations!

"My wife and I were very pleased with Tom from beginning to end of the project. We reached out to Tom thru the Velux Skylight website. Tom responded immediately and came over on a Sunday to look at our damage. He emailed the quote in a few days and we agreed to his terms. Tom and his helper replaced and repaired during very cold & windy weather. They did a fantastic and professional job! The skylight and roofing were installed perfectly and they cleaned up every scrap of debris from inside and outside our house. We have used numerous contractors over the 30-years we lived in our home. We've frequently been disappointed and rarely used them twice. We are so pleased with Tom that we will be contracting him to do a new deck for us in the summer. We would highly recommend him!"
