"Showed up a day early for an already prompt repair! Removed & repaired a section of rotten flat roof that had been leaking for years before we purchased the home. Transition from tile roof to flat porch roof was origionally installed improrerly. Charged $1,000 for additional preventative work which seemed excessive but was well done. Was not the cause of the original leak. Excellent crew. I'd definately hire them again."

"L&J Exteriors and Remodeling replaced our tile roof, repaired and extended our back patio roof. We are extremely pleased with the services provided by L&J. Luis and Jacqueline were professional, courteous, maintained outstanding communication from day one until the final walk through, and adhered to the prices established in the contract. The crew arrived on time every day, was polite, and conducted a thorough clean up at the end of each day. Our roof looks fantastic! Thank you L&J! We highly recommend L&J Exteriors and Remodeling. Give Luis and Jacqueline a chance to help you with your next project. "

Customers say: Quality work
"This is a father son team, Doug and David. I was exceptionally impressed with their professionalism and attitude. They gave us a quote to recoat and seal our roof and gave us a start and completion date for the project. They included a transferable written warranty for the job. I agreed to their price and on the date agreed (5 weeks out) they arrived on site. The roof project had a problem with my solar tubing (pool) leaking on the roof and they came back at least 4 times to repair the leak even though it was not clear what caused the leak. Overall, in the five years that we have lived in our home, Doug and his son have been head and shoulders above any contractors that we have dealt with. All in all a very positive experience. Highly reccomended! Robb Pierides"
