"Awful. He ordered Ventless logs from Duluth Forge. Yellow Flame remote control FLR18-2-NG. My fireplace is VENTED. He stuck log in said it was ready to go and get a plumber. Our plumber, Jack Grimm is best around. Brian told me to get Central Heating. We have not had good luck with them so I got Grimm. He made me pay $7,000 on MONDAY. I got 18 mo same as cash from Syncrony Bank. Shamrock wouldn t start until they got their money in FULL. HE left old logs on sidewalk for 4 days and tool and garbage on driveway. He took off all trim and left it. someone has to put it on. He said he was done and plumber only needed one part that he would have in truck. Plumber said there are lots of parts it could be and this job wasn t even started. There were cobwebs and the only part Shamrock had were walls and log and a cable. Just sitting there. Plumber said he could do job but it would cost money. Brian said he would give me $100 back in taxes that I paid. I said I already charged it. That would never be enough. I am not happy with wrong logs. I am not happy with Shamrock. I have nothing. My fireplace just has logs I can t use. I picked Angi s list because I wanted a professional job to be done as promised. Brian acted like he was fitting me in between important jobs. Could you please look at this mess and recommend someone to start over? I want my money agreement with Syncrony Bank ended. I don't want to owe them for this scam. I am out $7,000. I only have a $300 set of logs and a completely unfinished project. Brian said he was done. I wouldn t want him back. I want somebody professional to start over and do it right. I have lots of photos of everything I can submit. I hope Angi can find me a professional fireplace restorer."
