"Rick was very knowledgeable and did a great job of installing two sliding glass doors and a window! Thank you!"

"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"I am very pleased with the entire process, from ordering the new door and storm door to installation. The products that were delivered were custom even by their standards as my wife had the salesperson flipping back and forth through the catalog to mix and match all sorts of options! He was extremely pleasant and the price quoted was the price. It seems high, but if they stand behind the "lifetime of the house" warranty, it is worth it. The product that was installed is high quality and I am pleased with the installation. Santiago took time out to explain things to me and make sure I was satisfied at completion. I am expecting to use them again for the back doors."

"They were very professional Took great care in being sure I got what was needed in my door install Highly recommend!"

"Everything turned out well. They were great and we had no problems. We won't be using them in the future because of the overpriced estimate they gave us on 3 doors we wanted installed, following the windows."

"We had a great experience with Grayboyes for our window and front door install. They were professional, timely, and the installation process was quick. We’ve enjoyed using their services that a year after our first project, we called them again for additional window replacements on another part of the house."

"I've used Thermal Quality for the past 16 years on many projects (windows, doors, siding, gutters) and they have always been the best! They care about their service, stand behind their products and offer a competitive price. Can't go wrong with Kevin, Fran, Mitch and the rest of the crew!"

"Excellent service, installation, pricing, terms and follow though. We highly recommend them."

"

We have used JA Drywall twice in the last few months  at our day care center and they are the best.  They came and put walls up to make offices in a wide open space and then came back to add an access door to another room for us.  They are prompt, friendly, professional and do a great job.  They also check to make sure the job is done right and I can't say anything but good things about them.

They  have done several jobs for me at my home as well and its nice to have the work done with no mess.  They always clean up after they are done working even if they are returning the next day to finish. I have never met more polite workers who work so quickly but efficiently.

If you want to have the job done right contact Juan and you'll be satisfied.
