I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

Joe explained everything clearly and helped us understand what would be done to make sure the roof quality was impeccable. Once we signed on, Renz stayed in touch with us as we worked to secure our financing for this and a couple of other home projects, but he was never overbearing or pushy - just politely checking in. "Alside did an excellent job with the roof and skylight work. I received three estimates to fix the skylight. All of the companies were professional and reasonable, but Brian at Alside was adamant that fixing the skylight was a poor option because there were multiple layers of shingles so it would not be a clean fix. Instead he suggested replacing the entire portion of roof when replacing the skylight. It was a more expensive approach but the appropriate way to address the leaking skylight. Brian was quite to respond to the request for a quote and he had his team out one week after the initial visit. They completed the work in a single day and the lot was extremely clean when they left. Yesterday, we had over two inches of rain and the skylight had no leaks. I would highly recommend Brian and his team for any of your roofing needs."
