"Windows are beautiful! Very good attention to detail. Start to finish was done in a very timely manner. Owner came to make sure process was running smoothly. They worked with us to come back and finish a final window after some remodeling was done. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
"

"Dylan moved the the furniture as needed, though I took out most of drawers to reduce the weight. Dylan cleans up every day so dust and trash was very minimum. Went very smoothly until new carpet installation. Unfortunately the carpet people forgot to order the carpet and this error was not noticed until Dylan was ready for the carpet. So there was a delay for carpet installation and completion of job.

One of the bifold door bottom pivot was lost in the shuffle, so I had to buy one and install that bifold door.

The rooms look great and Kathleen does a great job selecting paint colors. Much more adventurous that I am

Dylan did my bathrooms a few years ago and I plan to hire for my kitchen remodel next year."

"I had the company that put our basement water-proofing system (not VT Concrete) in and they came out promptly and charged to actually do nothing. They recommended the Santa Fe dehumidifier at a cost of $2400. Checking online I found that Roy's company charged $1700 and would install it for free. He was prompt, knowledgeable and showed us what the other company should have done. The other company kept wanting to sell us things and kept mentioning work they could do. Roy was helpful in educating us about the system (we bought the house after it was put in). They also confirmed what we thought, that the other company put the drainage system so close to the house that the water was actually just being recycled into it! I will have them do our follow-up yearly system check.
"
