We were very pleased that even though it was a Friday, he said he could come by later that afternoon and do the installation! He had never installed this type of faucet but was able to quickly understand the directions and installed the faucet in about 90 minutes. The original faucet was at least 20 years old and required extra effort to remove and Stan managed it beautifully! I highly recommend Stan, owner of Plumbperfect for any plumbing issues.
