"FullTime Contractor replaced asphalt shingle roof and gutters and downspouts as well as installing gutter protection system. The project went very smoothly. There were two teams - one for roofing, and one for gutters. They were professional, highly skilled workers who were respectful of owners concerns each step of the way. Additionally, each worker was very personable and had quality work ethic. The outcome was topnotch I highly recommend Jason Olinger for any of your roofing related projects!"

"This company and employees were very helpful, polite and informative on updating and installing my front room window. It did take longer than usual for this project due to the fact that the window is no longer made in my size. So we had to wait for awhile. But it was worth the wait. Both my husband and I are greatly impressed with this company and our window. We have even had compliments on it. We also found that this window brings in more light than the old one. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for replacing or adding windows."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Overall, great experience. Upfront honest quote, good communication, they did quality work, used quality shingles, and did the work ahead of schedule."

"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

"The Solterra installation was professional, on time, and absolutely seamless from start to finish.  We worked with Matt, Geoff and
Aimee.  Aimee (our sales representative) was ready with answers to all of our questions about the project and how it would proceed. We are currently producing (for the month of May) over half of the electricity that our 4,000 ft. house uses.  We are
thrilled with the system they installed!
