"Matt, Neil & the team are fantastic! I took over my aunt's home when she moved to senior living. Being 40 minutes away, I couldn't keep up with her lawn. She had used Lawnman for years, so I asked if they would continue until we sold the house. They didn't miss a beat! "They came out and gave us a quote. They didn't have a formal contract just something Jose wrote up. We agreed to the quote but after reviewing it we felt we couldn't go through with the project. We contacted Jose the next day to advise him we would not be able to go through with the work and he said he would HOLD the 1000.00 check we have given him. The following week I went into tour bank account the stop payment on the check and found that Jose had cashed it two days after he said he would hold it. I am very glad we decided not to work with him as I am not sure I would trust him to do the work."

I asked him to provide an estimate w scope of work, but he never provided this. When i followed up w him, he said they were busy & needed a few more days to provide estimate. They never provided an estimate, given the lack of interest I decided not to follow up a 2nd time. Not sure what the issues were, but given my experience I would not recommend them for landscaping services. Bottom line, I was disappointed in lack of interest & no follow up. Ernie Kulik"
