My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I called the plumber and he found we needed special treatment of the drains which could not be done for 2 days. JP was very accommodating. They left portions of the drainage pipes unattached to make the plumberâ s work easier to do. They also offered to come back after the plumbing work was completed to finish the job.
