Bob also went out of his way to do some additional touch-up paint work in the unit, and gave my girlfriend a small screwdriver for another repair in her apartment. First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up.
