Also realize now looking at the original Angies ad that I was supposed to receive a "whole house inspection". Never happened. 
My guess is that this operation hires whoever they can for local jobs and dresses them up in uniforms and sends them out in company trucks. They are trying hard in the front office but it's not the same as having full time employees who are accountable. However, I fully admit that I do not know this to be the case. Could have just been the guy who I had.
