"Connected with Tom on Friday evening via search through Angi, regarding a shower valve that was constantly running water. After asking a few questions, he pretty much diagnosed the issue and assured me he would be out Saturday morning. He even went as far as to explain what his visit would entail and also provided us with an approximate repair cost. Saturday morning, Tom arrived earlier than stated (which is great), due to our conversation on Friday, he came with the part (as he requested pics) and had the job completed quickly. Petey and his assistant went above and beyond the scope of work, carting the old sink away instead of leaving it for this old lady to deal with; also moving the heavy cooktop to a safer location than I was going to have it. He arrived ready to work; got right to it (both times) and was very professional. He was also thoughtful and considerate. I thought the job to reconnect and instal everything was going to take much longer but he had it done in less than 40 minutes- start to finish- which included checking to make sure the cooktop worked, the gas was connected properly with no leaks, the water ran well with no leaks, and that I was pleased with the job. I was missing a sink plug and he provided one right on the spot. HE COMES PREPARED!!! I will most certainly use him again for any plumbing needs for the property. The cost I quote below is what I paid for both visits combined ( the disconnect and the reconnect/instal)."

"I have been helping my elderly parents who live in Milford. They had numerous plumbing problems that had not been addressed over many years. I called A-Team Plumbing and they amazed me!! They were friendly, quick to respond, and they did an EXCELLENT job. In the second floor bathroom, they discovered the problem was old iron drain pipe clogged by corrosion. They carefully removed the floor and installed PVC replacing the old pipe. Price was very reasonable. They then installed a new toilet in the half-bathroom on the first floor, replaced the galvanized pipes under the kitchen floor, and tied the deep sink in the laundry room into the sewer (previously draining into a dry well). The crew was friendly, polite, and VERY hard workers. They are the only plumbers I would hire. Excellent job A-Team!"

Before we found Troy, we had other box store installers refuse to take up the old laminate, while acknowledging the likelihood of bumps and bubbles without pulling up. Troy didn't flinch! He knew it was best to remove the old stuff and start with new sub-flooring, even if it meant the job would be more difficult for him. Troy finished in a timely fashion, and it's beautiful...no bumps or bubbles!"

He was extremely professional and understanding and didn't mind answering my thousands of questions. He told me the entire job (all new supply pipes & install new water heater) would be done in less than a day. He was able to come out the following Tuesday, and just like he had promised, everything was completed that day and I had running water. He followed up with me later that day to walk me through all they had done. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I would recommend him to my friends and family, as well as hire him again!
