"Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend the company to do any work.He has truly worked with me to get things and problems taking care of that being a 64-year-old female alone that could not have done on her own. "I first called Paul Richardson on Thursday 03/21/2018 to get an estimate on clearing and possibly replacing some sewer lines in my house I recently purchased after I noticed that my garage was being flooded by sewage. I spoke with Jennifer who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She called me back later that day to confirm that Paul would be able to come out the next day to be able to fix the problem. I elected to have the camera brought out to get a better idea of what was going on. As Paul will tell you, it really takes the guess work out of issues like this. It was definitely worth it. Come to find out, the line that ran from outside my house to the city sewer had a belly in one area and was collapsed in another. Within a few hours, Paul and his partner had the the old line out and replaced with a new one. Without Paul, I would have had to wait until Monday for other companies I called. Not a ideal situation when you cant shower or run any water without fear of your garage flooding with sewage. Almost a month later, I have had no issues with my plumbing. I will definitely be calling Paul in the near future to take care of some extra jobs around the house."

"Seems like every summer for the past 5-6 years we've had issues with our AC. The companies we've had work on them have only provided a solution for each year. This time we contacted Wilson Mechanical Services through Home Advisor. They spent 3 hours repairing our system probably the way it should have been repaired instead of just enough to get by. Their price was very reasonable. They also gave us a price to move our AC units to another location that is $900.00 cheaper than another company we contacted! That's a lot of money to save!! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone having AC issues!!"

"Josh was great. He replace the mast where the electricity comes in our our house (big job), turned all the florescent lights in our basement to LED lights and replaced some of our receptacles. He was pleasant to have around ( that means a lot to me) and did great work. I recommend him 100%."

"Overall, it went well, but the price ended up being a lot more than what I expected. But I can see why; they had to get inside of walls and between floors. The clog could not be repaired using the normal methods so we decided to just replace the drain line with PVC. The line that was replaced was almost 60 years old, but I think it was high quality galvanized pipe. But according to my research, even galvanized can rust after that much time. While they were here, they replaced the upstairs bathroom sink, which was also about 60 years old, and did so for a cost lower than what the average additional cost is for replacing a sink. These people always showed up when expected and cleaned up after themselves well. Despite the cost, I think they did well. The problems were fixed and it took 2 days of work. We think that while they were moving a large cabinet in the downstairs bathroom, a light switch on our bathroom wall got damaged. The plate got cracked and switch goes up and down much more easily than it used to (no tension on it). I'll try to fix this myself; Adkins does not know about this. I'm dabbling in learning how to do some of these kind of jobs. All problems we had were fixed; it's just the job turned out to be bigger than expected.. That happens."
