He was quick , ask lots of questions to make sure he understood what we wanted. Within one day I received a detailed, line by line estimate with photos of the rooms and what products he would use. He included everything on his estimate that is recommended to ask by the Painting Contractors Association (of America). I was in shock as I never in 15 years of residing in Florida received such a comprehensive quote. Mark did all the things that any contractor should do when meeting a potential client for the first time, something I rarely see in SE Florida). He cleaned properly before and after the work. He visited everyday to check on his crew's work and take photos of everything that was done that day. He emailed me the photos along with a short description promptly. I had an HVAC tech add new insulation while Mark and his team were there. Mark called me to tell me they had left without finishing their work and sent me a photo! I would not have known this if it wasn't for Mark catching their mistake. He also re-stained our fence. He was so patient with me , helping me choose a shade via video chat. This job could not have been done without highly trained painters of which his team comprises. The property manager happen to make a surprise visit one day and the team was working diligently, they were polite and friendly. Mark obviously treats his employees well, as you can see this in their work. He even returned to clean up some small drips of paint that had fallen on the floor. I could go on and on. I was so impressed and lucky to have discovered Mark. I would recommend him without hesitation and will 100% use him and his team in the future."
