Essential did everything from electrical to plumbing, brought our condo up to the current decade from about 1970. 1600+ square feet, painted, trimmed, lights replaced, faucets and toilets replaced, dropped ceilings removed, blinds replaced, hardware checked/replaced, old appliances removed (they'll be coordinating installation of new in the near future). Great care was taken every step, videos sent of the completed work every day and the job was done several days sooner than expected. This was a large project and David made it feel very small and did everything he could to reduce stress. His judgement calls dont cost an arm and a leg and he provides an expertise during the review/quoting process that gives you confidence in him, and his abilities.
