One came out and showed me what I considered to be inferior materials for the project. The last contractor to come out was Jeff. Not only was he on time, but he came prepared. Samples of nearly component that go into a patio cover. Prices. Ideas: originally, we were going to just replace the deck. But Jeff suggested another way to go, that would in effect increase the utility of the downstairs patio. Great idea. And great execution, now that it is built. "Quality work and efficient. Did caused unnecessary mess, if under proper supervision, would not had occurred. Took 2 separate phone calls, one to owner, other to estimator, to cleaned up the mess. That's concrete on both sides of my patio fence. They removed. The splattered concrete on the fence required repainting. They haven't taken care of that."
