They also fixed a couple of joist/rafters to solidify the roof frame, and then they installed new plywood decking along with an insulated layer prior to finishing with a new rubber surface. During the course of the work, part of the roof collapsed and I could see the entire sky exposed. I was freaking out but they promptly repaired the roof and came back a day later to repair the ceiling and painted it as well as the walls that had water stains on them from the ceiling collapse at no extra charge.
